YomiChat Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of YomiChat (“the Application”). By installing or using YomiChat, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose
YomiChat is a Japanese reading-assistance application that receives YouTube Live Chat messages and displays furigana for Japanese kanji. YomiChat is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
2. YouTube services
YomiChat uses YouTube API Services. By using YomiChat and its YouTube-related functionality, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
3. License
Subject to these Terms and any applicable purchase terms, the developer grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use YomiChat for its intended purpose. Unless separately permitted, users may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make copies of YomiChat available to third parties.
4. User responsibilities
Users must use YomiChat in compliance with applicable laws and the terms and policies of YouTube and Google. Users must not use YomiChat to abuse, interfere with, circumvent, or gain unauthorized access to third-party services.
5. Third-party services
Some YomiChat functionality depends on third-party services including YouTube API Services. Changes, outages, restrictions, quota limits, or discontinuation of those services may affect functionality. The developer cannot guarantee the continued availability of third-party services.
6. Furigana accuracy
Furigana generated by YomiChat is provided as a reading aid and may occasionally be inaccurate, particularly for names, slang, abbreviations, newly coined words, and context-dependent expressions.
7. Updates
The developer may provide updates to improve functionality, compatibility, security, or reading accuracy. Update and support policies may change for future major versions or editions.
8. Privacy
Information handling is described in the YomiChat Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer
YomiChat is provided subject to applicable law. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable operation, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when YomiChat functionality, distribution methods, legal requirements, or third-party platform requirements change.

YomiChat 利用規約
本規約はYomiChat（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをインストールまたは利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 目的
YomiChatは、YouTubeライブチャットを取得し、日本語の漢字にふりがなを表示する読解支援アプリです。YouTubeまたはGoogleが提供・推奨・スポンサーする製品ではありません。
2. YouTubeサービス
本アプリはYouTube API Servicesを利用します。本アプリのYouTube関連機能を利用することで、YouTube利用規約にも同意するものとします。
3. ライセンス
本規約および適用される購入条件に従い、ユーザーには本アプリを本来の目的で使用するための限定的・非独占的・譲渡不能な利用権が付与されます。別途許可がない限り、再配布、再販売、サブライセンス、第三者への複製提供は禁止します。
4. ユーザーの責任
適用法令ならびにYouTube/Googleの規約・ポリシーを遵守して利用してください。第三者サービスへの妨害、回避、不正アクセス等を目的として利用してはなりません。
5. 第三者サービス
一部機能はYouTube API Services等の第三者サービスに依存します。仕様変更、障害、制限、クォータ上限、サービス終了等により機能が影響を受ける場合があります。
6. ふりがなの精度
ふりがなは読み補助を目的としており、人名、俗語、略語、新語、文脈依存表現等で誤る場合があります。
7. アップデート
機能、互換性、セキュリティ、読み精度の改善のためアップデートを提供する場合があります。
8. プライバシー
情報の取扱いはYomiChatプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
9. 免責
適用法令の範囲内で合理的な安定運用に努めますが、常時無停止・無エラーの動作を保証するものではありません。消費者保護法上排除できない権利を制限するものではありません。
10. 規約の変更
機能、配布方法、法令、第三者プラットフォーム要件等の変更に応じて本規約を更新する場合があります。

일부 기능은 YouTube API Services 등 제3자 서비스에 의존합니다. 서비스 변경, 장애, 제한, quota 한도 또는 중단으로 YomiChat 기능에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
6. 후리가나 정확도
YomiChat의 후리가나는 읽기 보조를 목적으로 하며 이름, 은어, 약어, 신조어, 문맥 의존 표현 등에서 잘못될 수 있습니다.
7. 업데이트
기능, 호환성, 보안 또는 읽기 정확도 개선을 위해 업데이트를 제공할 수 있습니다.

9. 면책
